Our network

Member societies

Local Polish societies are the backbone of our membership and are, in one way or another, involved in everything we do in the Federation. They serve as local community hubs for Polish students in the UK, and enrich their experience by connecting Polish students and engaging them with Polish culture and language. The Federation works closely with our member organisations to support them, and organise with them on a national level.

Common questions

How does our society become a member?
Drop us a message through the contact page with your society's name, university and a contact person. We'll get in touch to introduce the Federation, answer questions and add you to our national network — and to the map above.
Does membership cost anything?
No — membership is free. The Federation is a registered charity run by student volunteers, and our goal is to support local Polish societies, not to charge them.
What does the Federation do for member societies?
We connect you with Polish societies at other universities, promote your events to a national audience, share sponsorship and partnership opportunities, and represent your members' interests before public and private bodies in the UK, Poland and the EU.
Our society's details on the map are out of date — how do we update them?
Email contact@polsocfederation.pl with the updated name, links or committee contact and we'll refresh your pin.

Society not on the map?

If your Polish society would like to join the Federation — or your pin needs updating — drop us a message and we'll get you added.
